This is one of my favorite side dishes. It is, however not a low – fat recipe. We usually save if for Holidays!
CORN SOUFFLE
1 box “Jiffy” corn muffin mix (8.5oz)
2 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream style sweet corn
